How does it work?

We set up a PO Box to which your vendors send the invoices, from there we collect the invoices, scan, and convert the invoices and within less than 24 hours all invoices are sent as Peppol documents to you.
All hard copies will be returned to your offices for your filing.

We collect hardcopies daily from your office, scan and convert the invoices and within less than 24 hours all invoices are sent as Peppol documents to you.

3. E-Mail
You send all your PDF-invoices to a dedicated E-mailbox. We convert the PDF-documents and within less than 60 minutes all invoices are sent as Peppol documents to you.
What are the costs?
We are charging only based on your actual monthly volumes. Once the need to convert hard copies or PDFs goes down, because your vendors send Peppol-invoices, your costs come down as well.
